Single Registration Number: A unique identifier assigned in EUDAMED to economic operators in the EU medical device market.
The Single Registration Number identifies each Manufacturer, Authorised Representative, and importer in the EUDAMED database. An SRN is required to submit conformity applications and issue official EU declarations of conformity.
