European Database on Medical Devices: The European Commission's portal for medical devices placed on the EU market.
EUDAMED holds registrations for devices, manufacturers, SRN identifiers, certificates, and vigilance reports. Built under the MDR vs MDD framework, it operates across separate modules that went live at different times. Coverage is therefore uneven, and a device legitimately on the EU market may not appear in it immediately.
