THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
The regulatory information provided through HaRi is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Users should verify information with official regulatory authorities before making business decisions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
